My role was to develop & streamline a new digital marketing stream, which combined marketing, data and technology, enabling automation and delivering brand engagement at scale to 60+ markets.
Among memorable projects:
• Always live dynamic remarketing campaign for Nespresso across 60 countries, resulting in 51% conversion and 23% CTR growth and delivering 22% better ROAS
• Banner Factory for Nespresso across 60 countries (including the US), using a cross-platform solution to deliver predictable reach rates with AI behind. (DoubleClick Suite, Google Web Designer, Sizmet, Adforum)
• Deployment of CRM SAP Hybris, SF Marketing Cloud for Nespresso in Benelux, helping to build One consumer view and execute campaigns in 360
